Please note that fibernetbroadbandplans.in does not directly perform the physical line installation; all physical cabling, router provisioning, and line activation are carried out by a separate, official technical team. We do not own the Airtel trademark, logo, or official networks, which are the exclusive properties of Bharti Airtel Limited.

3. Booking Requests & Site Surveys

Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate connection active status. Installation is subject to physical box feasibility, optical line terminal (OLT) port availability, and structural permissions in your residential society or commercial premises.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for broadband signal downtime, ISP billing disputes, or speed fluctuations originating from the main server networks. All monthly subscriptions, plans, and official service agreements are governed directly by your customer contract with the telecom provider.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the booking services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
